Central Business District

Located near the center of Saskatoon, Central Business District is made up of multiple unit condominiums and single family houses. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a condo was $335,680.

There are five colleges located in the Central Business District:

• Academy of Learning is located at 1202 Quebec Avenue. 
• Marca College is located at 228 21st Street East. 
• McKay Career Training is located at 133 3rd Avenue North. 
• Saskatoon Business College is located at 221 3rd Avenue North. 
• Saskatchewan Indian Institute is located at 229 4th Avenue South.

Shakespeare in the Park runs from July to August and is always two performances that are picked for that year. 

Saskatoon Police Service is located at 76 25th Street East. 

ScotiaBank Theatre is now the only theatre operating in the Central Business District and is located at 347 2nd Avenue South. 

City Hall is located at 222 3rd Avenue North.

There are eight hotels and motels currently operating in the area.

Law Society of Saskatchewan Library is located at 520 Spadina Crescent East. 

Francis Morrison Library is located at 311 - 23rd Street East.

Midtown Plaza opened in 1970 and is now surrounded by small businesses and shopping areas.
