Susan's Biography

Susan brings more than ten years of experience in providing excellent real estate service - she states "Buying or selling a home rates in the top 10 of stressful events in a person's life.  As a REALTOR® my mission is to take the stress level down, and make the process understandable and eventful".

Susan is also:

• Certified Facilitator
• Certificate in Dispute Resolution –  conflict resolution, negotiation, getting to yes.
• Managed Apartment Complexes for 5 years
• Crown Corp Employee (Sask Tel) for 26 years., last 7 years working with large Corp Clients 
• Spent 4 years on the Sask Tel Board of Directors as Employee Representative
• Specialized in Condo Ownership (Purchasing and Selling)
• Member of CCI (Canadian Condominium Institute) working to make condo living better for all owners
• CCI education classes Condo 100, Condo 200

She has excellent organizational skills and is committed to providing exemplary service to her customers.   She is currently the president of Harvard Place Condominiums.

Susan is married to Alan and has 2 grown Children,  3 Grandchildren,  and a pet dog. She loves the quiet of nature and enjoys  hiking, walking, swimming, sewing, and dancing.
