Located Northeast in Saskatoon, Arbor Creek is made up of single detached homes. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $468,890.

The majority of residental construction was completed during 1960 to 2006.

There are no schools in Arbor Creek, because the land was being readied for more houses. However, there are schools in the neighboring areas, Erindale and Forest Grove:

• Dr. John G. Egnatoff public elementary school is located at at 225 Kenderdine Road. 
• Father Robinson Catholic elementary school is located at 530 Rogers Road. 
• Forest Grove public elementary school is located at 501 115 Street East.
• St. Volodymyr Catholic elementary school is located at 302 Kellough Road. 

There are three parks in Arbor Creek, and volunteers help with hosting for events and activities that take place in the summer:
