Located Southeast in Saskatoon, Brevoort Park is made up of single detached houses, duplexes, and condominiums. According the MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $366,440.

Residential construction ran from 1961 to 1970.

There are two schools located in Brevoort Park:
