Briarwood

Located Southeast in Saskatoon, Briarwood is made up of single attached houses. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $573,301.

Originally owned by the late Mike Boychuk, Briarwood was all farmland before construction began in 1988.

Much to the displeasure of some residents who moved to Briarwood, the Saskatoon Public School Division and Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division decided not to build any schools in Briarwood.

Four parks can be found in the area, and all are used for varies events that take place throughout the year. a known favorite activity is the ice skating rink at Briarwood Pond:
