City Park

Located near the center of Saskatoon, City Park is made up of single-family detached houses, semi-detached houses, and condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $346,251.

There is one school located at City Park:

• City Park Collegiate public high school is located at 820 9th Avenue North. 

Saskatoon City Hospital is located at 701 Queen Street, and was the first hospital in the city, opening in 1909.

There are two parks in the area, where the City Park Community Association organizes programs and activities for children of all ages:

• Wilson Park 
• Kinsmen Park 

Wheatland Regional Library is located at 806 Duchess Street.

Golden Pagoda Burmese Asian Restaurant is located at 411 2nd Avenue North, and is known for serving authentic Chinese food in large portions.
