East College Park

Located East Central in Saskatoon, East College Park is made up of single family houses, as well as high density, multiple unit condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $308,604.

Residential construction began in 1970 through 1980.

There are two schools located in East College Park:

• Roland Michener public elementary school is located at 4215 DeGeer Street. 
• St. Augustine Catholic elementary school is located at 602 Boychuck Drive. 

There are two parks located in East College Park, and the neighboring schools, Roland Michener and St. Augustine, use these in many school functions. Volunteers also give their time for fundraisers, stage events, maintaining the community parks and organizing the newsletters:

Commercial development in this area includes the strip mall on Boychuck and Laurentian Drive, as well as on 8^th Street.
