Eastview

Located South Central in Saskatoon, Eastview is made up of single detached houses and condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $350,807.

Beginning in 1946, residential construction continued and completed its main buildings from 1961 to 1970.

There are three schools located in Eastview:

• Alvin Buckwold public elementary school is located at 715 East Drive. 
• Pope John Paul II Catholic elementary school is located at 3035 Arlington Avenue. 
• John Dolan public special education school is located at 3144 Arlington Avenue. 

There are three parks in the area, where indoor and outdoor activities are operated by the Eastview Community Association:

• A.S. Wright Park 
• James Anderson Park
• Kistakin Park 

Hunters Bowling Centre is located at 2929 Louise Street.

Haywood’s Grill is known for serving great pasta and sandwiches, and is located at 3016 Arlington Avenue.
