Forest Grove

Located Northeast in Saskatoon, Forest Grove is made up of single detached houses and condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $305,242.

Forest Grove was first developed in 1960, and continued to expand. 

There are two schools located in Forest Grove:

• Forest Grove public elementary school is located at 501 115th Street East. 
• St. Volodymyr Catholic elementary school is located at 302 Kellough Road. 

There are three parks located in Forest Grove and seasonal programs are registered for all ages, and are overseen by the Sutherland-Forest Grove Community Association, that was first developed in 1984:

• T.J. Quigley Park 
• Balsam Park 
• Forest Grove Linkage

Fun Fact: Forest Drive used to be the road that gave access to the Forestry Farm Park and Zoo, until the road was closed off in 1980s.
