Located in East Central of Saskatoon, Grosvenor Park is made up of single detached houses and condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $455,795.

Residential constructions started in 1946 and continued till 1970.

There are no schools located in Grosvenor Park, however, there is an elementary school and high school located in Varsity View:
