Located 45 km North of Saskatoon, Hepburn is a small farming and college community. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $216,175.
Starting as a railroad station in the 1900s, the province shut it down in 1989, causing two of the three grain elevators to be torn down, and the last to be converted into a museum to showcase the town's history.
