Kelsey/Woodlawn

Located just South from downtown Saskatoon, Kelsey/Woodlawn is made up of single family homes. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $250,808.

Residential construction began before the 1960s.

There is two schools located in Kelsey/Woodlawn:

• St. Michael Catholic elementary school is located at 22 33rd Street East.
• Saskatchewan Polytechnic is located at 119 4th Avenue South. 

There are two parks in the area:

• Industrial Park
• Dr. J. Valens Park

The Wood Lawn Cemetery is the only cemetery in the city and is where trees were planted in honor of the fallen soldiers who died  during war engagements.

Harry Bailey Aquatic Center is located at 1110 Idylwyld Drive North. 

Fire Station #4 is located at 2106 Faithfull Avenue.
