Located South Central in Saskatoon, Nutana Park is made up of single detached houses and condominiums. According to MLS listing, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $344,958.

Residential construction occurred after World War II and ran from 1961 to 1970.

There is one school located in Nutana Park:

Fun fact: Mike Babcock, the current head coach of the Detroit Red Wings hockey team, is a famous alumni of St. James School. However, due to declining enrollment, the school had to close in 2005.
