Nutana Suburban Centre

Located South Central in Saskatoon, Nutana S. C. is made up of multiple-unit condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a condo was $275,339.

According to a 1913 map, this area was originally going to be known as Utopia. Residential construction did not begin until the 1960s. Opening in 1966, Market Mall became the first enclosed shopping mall in Saskatoon.

A hospital was originally going to be built on Taylor Street, east of Arlington Avenue in 1966, however, the plan was never followed through.

There are two schools located in Nutana S. C:

• Walter Murray Collegiate public high school is located at 1905 Preston Avenue South. 
• Holy Cross Catholic high school is located at 2115 McEown Avenue. 

There are three parks in the area:

• Dan Worden Park 
• Nutana Kiwanis North Park 
• Nutana Kiwanis Park
