Located near the center of Saskatoon, Nutana is made up of single detached houses and condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $480,940.

Many festivals take place in Broadway in summer. During May, the largest bicycle race in Saskatchewan called Bikes on Broadway takes place. In June, the Broadway Art Encounter takes place over a weekend where local artists show their work. The Fringe Festival occurs during August, where local artists gather to sell their merchandise. The Broadway Street Fair includes a sidewalk sale, silent auction, children games, live music and an art show occurs in September. Flicks International Film Festival for Young People also occurs in September and is at the Broadway Theater featuring children’s films.
Broadway Café is known for serving great portions of food in a 1950s atmosphere.
