Rosewood

Located Southeast in Saskatoon, Rosewood is made up of single detached houses. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $492,173.

Residential construction began in 2009.

There is a proposed plan for two schools to be built in the area, and on October 2013, funding was announced.

Once construction is complete, a park should be built in the middle of Rosewood, along with a few smaller parks on the outside.

Boston Pizza is located at 329 Herold Road, and is known for having a great menu selection in a sport filled atmosphere.
