Silverspring

Located Northeast in Saskatoon, Silverspring is made up of single detached houses. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $423,823.

Residential construction started in late 1980s.

There are two schools located in Silverspring:

• Silverspring public elementary school is located at 610 Konihowski Road.
• Mother Teresa Catholic elementary school is located at 738 Konihowski Road. 

There are four parks in the area, where a variety of activities and programs are organized by the Silverspring Community Association:

• Christine Morris Park
• Silverspring Linear Park
• Silverspring Park 
• Dave King Park

Kabab King is located at 705 Central Ave, and is known for serving delicious kababs.
