Located South Central in Saskatoon, Stonebridge is made up of single detached houses, condominiums, and semi-detached houses. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $453,7605.

Residential construction began in mid-2000s.

Currently there are no schools located in Stonebridge, however, funding was announced in 2013 for a joint public and Catholic school.
