Sutherland

Located East Central in Saskatoon, Sutherland is made up of single-family detached houses, multiple-unit condominiums and semi-detached houses. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $277,835.

There are three schools located in Sutherland:

• Sutherland public elementary school is located at 1008 Egbert Avenue. 
• Bishop Filevich Ukrainian Bilingual Catholic elementary school is located at 125 105 Street East. 
• University of Saskatchewan is located at 105 Administration Place. 

There are eight parks in the area, along with the ACT Arena that is community owned and has clubs for skating:
