The Willows

Located South of Circle Drive in Saskatoon, The Willows is made up of condominiums, townhouses and single family homes. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a condo was $1,002,326.

Residential construction began in 2004.

There are no schools located in The Willows, but there are two elementary schools located in Adelaide/Churchill, and two elementary schools located in Avalon.

• Hugh Cairns V.C. public elementary school is located at 2621 Cairns Avenue. 
• St. Phillip Catholic elementary school is located at 1901 Haultain Avenue. 
• John Lake public elementary school is located at 2606 Broadway Avenue. 
• Georges Vanier Catholic elementary school is located at 820 Wilson Crescent. 

The Willows Golf & Country Club is located at 382 Cartwright Street and is the most major recreational spot in the area, and was the first golf course in the city.

There are currently no Bus Routes in this area.
