Varsity View

Located near the center of Saskatoon, Varsity View is made up of single detached houses, duplexes, and condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house is $492,819.

Residential construction was mainly completed from 1946 through 1960.

There are three schools located at Varsity View:

• Brunskill public elementary school is located at 101 Wiggins Avenue North. 
• Bishop Murray Catholic high school is located at 615 Wiggins Avenue South. 
• The University of Saskatchewan is located at 105 Administration Place. 

Albert Community Centre is located at 610 Clarence Avenue South, and is used for community events. 

Kinsmen Children’s Centre opened in 1985 and helps children with special needs.

Luthercare Communities is a care facility for senior citizens, and is located at 1212 Osler Street. 

There are four parks in the area, with events and programs organized by the Varsity View Community Association. The parks are as follows:

• Raoul Wallenberg Park 
• Cumberland Park 
• Albert Park 
• President Murray Park 

Murray Library is located at 3 Campus Drive. 

Alexander’s Resturant & Bar is located at 414 Cumberland Avenue, and serves great food in a nice environment.
