West College Park

Located East Central in Saskatoon, West College Park is made up of single-family detached houses and multiple unit condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $348,630.

Until 1911, 8^th Street was used as a dairy farm operated by George Stephenson, and the intersection of 8^th Street and Acadia was commonly known as Stephenson’s Corner. Residential construction ran from 1961 to 1980.

There are three schools located in West College Park:

• École College Park public elementary school is located at 3440 Harrington Street. 
• Cardinal Leger Catholic elementary school is located at 141 Campion Crescent. 
• Evan Hardy Collegiate public high school is located at 605 Acadia Drive. 

There are three parks in the area, and the College Park Community Association organizes events and fundraisers for all ages in these parks:

• Glacier Park
• Dr. Gerhard Herzberg Park North
• Dr. Gerhard Heraberg Park South

There are two malls located on 8^th Street, Circle Centre Mall and College Park Mall.

The Griffin Takeaway is known for their delicious sandwiches, and their wide variety of bakery options, including gluten free and vegan desserts.
