Wildwood

Located Southeast in Saskatoon, Wildwood is made up of single family houses and multiple unit condominiums. According to MLS listings, as of 2016, the average amount for a house was $351,019.

There are two schools located in Wildwood:

• Wildwood public elementary school is located at 203 Rosedale Road. 
• Bishop Pocock Catholic elementary school is located at 227 Avondale Road. 

As part of the Lakewood Civic Centre, Cliff Wright Branch opened in 1989.Cliff Wright Branch Library is located at 1635 McKercher Drive. 

Fire Station #6 is located in the area and covers the south East side of Saskatoon.

There are three parks in the area, where social activities and events are organized for all age groups. The parks are as follows: 

• Heritage Park
• Wildwood Park 
• Lakewood Park

The Lakewood Civic Centre contains a swimming pool, gym, library and space for business meetings, it is located at 

1635 McKercher Drive. 

Including a practice green, pro shop and a coffee shop, the Wildwood Gold Course has an 18 hole course for intermediate level players.

Starbucks is located in Indigo on 8^th Street so you can drink your coffee while shopping for books.
